Sorry, it has been awhile since I have updated this thing. I was hoping I would have more time when school got out, but then I ended up working too much. I haven't even been able to crochet as much as I'd like to. I was hoping to crochet everyone's Christmas presents, but yeah...that didn't really work out. I think I only really crocheted one, and I didn't get it to him until after Christmas. I think I finished it Christmas day. And I am still working on my friend's baby blanket that I was hoping I would have finished a long time ago. Now that I have been working on it too long, I am starting to get bored. I am almost half way done I think. But I am slowly working on it.
ooh, and I finally got onto Ravelry. I am so excited. There is so much on there!
But I guess that is all I have to say for now. I'll try to get more than halfway on the blanket today. This is what it looks like as of last week (I havent done much since then).

Don't you wish your girlfriend could knit like me?
Hello blog world. I have been wanting to make a yarn blog for a while, but I just never got around to it. Well, I'm here now. And of course when I don't really crochet enough to really write about. I have been too busy with school, so I am just trying to do little projects that won't distract me too much from all my school work.
I actually just knitted a dishcloth a week or so ago, and of course I messed it up. I guess that's why I don't like to knit (I like to stick with crochet). So here is the messed up dishcloth. It's supposed to be a M&M. I guess I skipped a row or something, because about halfway all the knits are purls and vice versa. I didn't notice until I was ready to bind of and I just wanted something to show for all my time so I didn't rip it out. I guess I will try to make another one eventually.
And my mom just finished a crocheted ladder scarf that I forced her to make. She actually varied a pattern that I had found on the Internet. It was knitted but I said how easier it would be to crochet it, so she did that instead. It looks just the same to me. And it was a lot faster. Here is that one.
I guess this is enough for my first post. I'd love to hear from any knit or crochet friends!
